Road station
Deleda
jusije im Antilibanus (Miller) · Hasya? (Barrington)
Listen to the story
Deleda lay on the military road that crossed the Antilebanon from Adarin to Laodicea Scabiosa. It is sought in one of the villages on the mountains' eastern slope, perhaps at Jusiye, where old ruins and remains of Roman buildings survive; a newer suggestion places it at Hasya. The map counts fifteen Roman miles from Ocurura and ten on to Laodicea, and on that last stretch the road crosses a river.
