Condeso

Condeso was a station on the road along the Araxes towards Artaxata, ten Roman miles from Misium and fourteen from Strangira. The Ravenna list spells it the same way and slips in a further stop, Janio. Older research looked for it at ruins near Kavakala on the Araxes, or at Kondachsaz. The map marks it with a plain name and no picture.
