Road station
Anadynata
? bei Kurşunlu
Anadynata is known only from this map, a station on the main road through Paphlagonia to Gangra, probably near today's Kurşunlu. On a hill just south-west of the town lie a rough wall and the remains of buildings, perhaps from before Byzantine times. Here the road forks, and the map writes the figure of thirty miles for the branch to Otresa right across its line. The thirty-six miles to Gangaris are too many for the direct road: either a station has dropped out, or the figure is a slip for twenty-six.
