Simi[/nu]ati

Sebennytos?

Sinuati is the likely reading of this faded name, and it may stand for Sebennytos, today's Samannud in the Nile Delta, a town regarded as the place of origin of the goddess Isis. The map's form looks similar to an Egyptian name: the Egyptians said Tjebnetjer, the Assyrians Sabnuti and the Copts Sebennuti. The match is not certain, though, since Sebennytos lies on the Busiritic arm of the Nile in the middle of the Delta. Older research looked for the place near Belbeis instead. On the map the next stretch is drawn as two.
