Clanudda
? Hacet Kalesi bei Kışla?
Clanudda is otherwise known only from coins of the 2nd and 1st centuries BC, struck in the name of its people. It lay in eastern Lydia on the border with Phrygia, north of the old Persian Royal Road, and was probably founded as a Seleucid fortress, like its neighbour Blaundos, which seems to have swallowed it early in the Roman imperial period. The site is usually taken to be the ruins of Hacet Kalesi near Kışla, on the edge of the plain of İnay, where a Hellenistic castle wall and the remains of an old town have been found. The Ravenna list may garble the name as Dlanida.
