Road station
Cereas
Cereas was a station on the road between Amastris and Sinope, fifteen miles from Tycae and fifteen more from Mileto; the Ravenna list writes Cereas too, and Guido Sacera. Its site is unknown. Along this stretch the map seems to have lost about a hundred miles and several stations: Arrian's guide to the coast names Aegialus, Thymaena, Carambis, Abonuteichos and Cinolis, among others, between Cytorus and Stephane, most of which the map leaves out.
