Phemenio

? Soğuksu · Eski Manyas

Phemenio stands for Poimanenon, a town in Mysia that the Roman writer Pliny is the first author to name, though an inscription records it as early as 80 BC. Its site is uncertain, perhaps near Eski Manyas. The map splits the name across a river, one half on each bank, and the road arriving from Cyzicus carries no distance figure at all. The Ravenna list writes Pomenion.
