Palto
Belde (Miller) · Arab el-Moulk (Barrington)
Palto is Paltos, a Phoenician town on the Syrian coast, placed at Arab el-Moulk; older research named Belde. It lay eight Roman miles from both Balneis and Gabala, and the Ravenna list knows it as Palthon and as Baltum. A later list of bishoprics under Antioch probably records it as Plouton. The place was lived in from Hellenistic into late antique times.
