Road station
Elegarsina
? Mezraaihan ? Melik Şerif
Elegarsina was a station in Lesser Armenia on the map's road between Satala and Zimara. Older research equated it with Carsagis in the Roman register of routes and with Ptolemy's Chorsabia, but the distances do not fit, and these were probably different places. One suggestion, which needs a complicated copying error, swaps it with its neighbour Haris and puts it at Refahiye, whose older name Gercanis would echo the ancient one. A likelier candidate is Mezraaihan, once an important caravan inn on the Silk Road, on the east side of the Sinibeli pass.
