Caleorsissa
? Babsu
Caleorsissa is the Kaltiorissa of the geographer Ptolemy, who lists it between Seleobereia and Analiba, in the same order as the map; one very bold suggestion even has the mapmaker copying all three from Ptolemy by mistake. It was a town of Lesser Armenia on the road from Nicopolis to Zimara, probably at Babsu, at fifteen hundred and fifty metres in the upper valley of the Sabrina, where many squared stone blocks are built into houses and the mosque. The nearby village of Göleris seems to keep the ancient name alive.
