Thirtonia

Thirtonia is the right reading, not Thirtoma, as some older editions printed it; the Ravenna list writes Thertonia and counts it, with the next four stations, to Mesopotamia. The map gives nine Roman miles from Ad Aras and eight on to Mazara, but older research thought a long stretch and a whole station had dropped out along here, so the site, perhaps near Köse, stays uncertain.
