Apulum

Listen to the story

Apulum was a small place in Greater Armenia, five Roman miles from Caspiae and seven from Pagas; the Ravenna list knows it as Apolum. Older research placed it at Abul, below the mountain of the same name. The map gives it only a name, and the start of the stretch on to Pagas is not marked on the road line.

Fully based on scientific information from TP-Online (KU Eichstätt-Ingolstadt).
