Ad Medias, whose name means something like at the middle, lay at Henchir Taddert on the road south of the Aurès in Numidia, twenty-five miles from Badias and twenty-eight from Ad Maiores. A Latin inscription has been found at the site, and the Ravenna list writes the name Midias. Nothing else is recorded of this small post on the road.
