Ad Capsum Ultimum was a station on the North African coast road, west of the Altars of the Philaeni, and on the map the road line takes a sharp turn here to avoid running into the gulf of the Syrtes. The Roman register of routes probably knows the same stop as Aubereo, which must at least lie close by. The site is Sidi Beheri in Libya, seventeen Roman miles from Ad Palmam and twelve from Ad Turrem.
