Djedeida?

Thuraria turns up twice in the Ravenna list, once as Tyraria and once just as here; on the map it is a single name, three Roman miles beyond Thuburbi Minus and fifteen before Cicisa. The site is probably Djedeida, on the last stretch of the road into Carthage, and it dates from late antiquity. The Roman register of routes runs straight from Thuburbi Minus to Cicisa and counts twenty-eight miles, too many, since that is roughly the whole way from Tebourba to Carthage.
