Regia

Yananköy

Regia bears the Latin word for a royal residence, a stately name for what the map shows as a plain road station. It is placed at Yananköy, while older research looked for it at Tell Ali Khan. The map counts seventeen Roman miles from Thurae and twenty on to Ad Serta, on the road towards Zeugma.
