Heliaramia

Qasr el-Heir el Gharbi (Barrington)

Heliaramia is probably Qasr el-Heir el-Gharbi in the Syrian desert, the site where an Umayyad palace later rose; older research could not locate the station at all. The map counts forty-four Roman miles from Nezala and thirty-two on to Palmyra, but the road line to Palmyra is left undrawn, and its last part, which should join the other road into the city, is missing.
