Geluina

Gelvina, twenty Roman miles beyond Artaxata, shows how cramped the map can be: of the twenty-four miles to Sanora, only the first part of the figure, twenty, fits on the road line, and the remaining four are written smaller above it. Older research placed the station near Beglan, opposite the mouth of the Alzar. In the Ravenna list, which has the same name, the places from here on belong to Hyrcania.
