Spatura

So-lo-tu-lo oder Lahur (Miller)

Spatura has been linked with Salatura, the birthplace of Panini, the great Indian grammarian of around 330 BC. Older research placed it either at So-lo-tu-lo, a name recorded by the Chinese pilgrim Xuanzang, or at the village of Lahur near Attock, where the road from Alexandria Bucephalus crossed the Indus; another identification is Peukelaotis, modern Charsadda. The map counts seventy Roman miles from Tazora but gives no figure on to Alexandria Bucephalus.
