Ad villam Sele

(between Cirta and Rusicade) (Barrington) · wahrscheinlich bei El-Arusch (Miller)

Ad villam Sele, at the estate of Sele, was a road station in Numidia between Rusicade, the colony on the coast, and Cirta. It probably lay near today's El Arrouch in Algeria, and a few Latin inscriptions are known from the area. The map counts thirty Roman miles, about forty-four kilometres, from Rusicade, and twenty-five on to Ad Palmam. Some older copies of the map misread the name as Seze.
