Road station

Visalta

14 miles W Sigus (Barrington) · Bir Uscheghef (Miller)

Visalta lay fourteen Roman miles, about twenty-one kilometres, west of Sigus, on the road through Numidia, and the map draws it as just a name on the road line. It counts twelve miles from Lucullianis and nine on to Buduxi. Older research placed the station at Bir Uscheghef, where eight inscriptions are known.
