Tricornio

Ritopek

Tricornio, the Roman Tricornium, was a fort on the Danube at Ritopek near Belgrade in Serbia, where a troop of mounted archers was stationed in late Roman times. The pilgrim from Bordeaux calls it the camp of Tricornium and names a stop at the sixth milestone before it. The map sets Tricornio fourteen Roman miles from Singidunum, the Roman Belgrade, and twelve from Mons Aureus.
