Ichudia
Praesidio means at the garrison, and like other places called Praesidium it was evidently a military post, here on the Great Syrtis. The map writes the name in a shortened form. Older research suggested that the post and the town of Digdida were one and the same, or at least garrison and town side by side, but the map shows them as separate stops. The site has been placed at Ichudia, on a hill with ancient remains, although its exact location in Libya is still open.
