Neronia

Tombe di Lagosanto?

Listen to the story

Neronia takes its name from a canal through the Po delta dug or renewed under Nero, which Vespasian later rebuilt and renamed the Fossa Flavia after his own family, once Nero's memory had been condemned. The map still uses Nero's name, a sign that its information here was never brought up to date. The station lay near Codigoro or Lagosanto.
