Montemno

? Kartsoviya Bouk? am Beklemeto-Pass? Gegend von Vlashki Mandri?

Montemno is a garbled 'in Monte Haemo', on Mount Haemus: the station lay on the road over the Balkan range between Philippopolis and Oescus. The Ravenna list shortens it to Emon. An inscription of 234 records guard posts of Mount Haemus built under Quintus Decius, governor of Lower Moesia, though the road itself may be older, perhaps from Nero's time. Where exactly the station stood is unknown; it is sought near the Beklemeto pass, at Kartsoviya Bouk or around Vlashki Mandri.
