Road station

M[.]nerica

bei Brühl

Minerica, as the name is usually restored, was a road station near Brühl in Germany, six Roman miles from Cologne on the road coming from Reims. Only the M and the ending nerica can still be read clearly; the letters in between are lost, and older research also placed the station at Kerpen, Metternich or Moderath. The stretch from Meduanto has no distance figure at all, and the map also leaves out the station of Tolbiacum on this road.
