Municipium, the self-governing town, is the whole name this station bears on the map, on the road from Viminacium to Horreum Margi, at Kalište in Serbia; the town's own name is not recorded, though an inscription names a councillor of the municipium. The pilgrim from Bordeaux stayed overnight here, after a stop at the ninth milestone. Roof tiles of a legion have been found. The map sets Municipium eighteen Roman miles from Viminacium and ten from Iovis Pagus.
