Road station
Mose
Mouzon (Miller) · (road station between Noviomagus and Meduantum) (Barrington)
Where the road from Reims to Cologne reached the Meuse, the map simply writes Mose, the river's own name. Which crossing is meant is disputed: most older research placed it at Mouzon, while others argued for Warcq, where an inscription has been found, or for Mézières, and a modern atlas leaves it unlocated. The map's figure for the stretch from Noviomagus is questioned too, since the milestone column of Tongeren seems to give a smaller one. A second station on the map carries the same river name.
