Blerick
Blariaco is Blariacum, today Blerick on the Maas, across the river from Venlo in the Dutch province of Limburg, a station on the road from Nijmegen to Tongeren. The modern name still echoes the ancient one, and the identification has hardly ever been disputed. A modern atlas dates the site from the Roman period into late antiquity. Apart from the map, no ancient source names it.
