Blandiana was a station on the road along the Mureș between Germisara and Apulum, today Alba Iulia, in the heart of Roman Dacia, placed at Vințu de Jos in Romania; older research also pointed to the Roman remains at Karna on the right bank of the river. The list of places compiled in Ravenna names it too. The map sets Blandiana nine Roman miles from Germisara and eight from Apulum.
