Aggerfel, better Aggersel, was a station on the road from Mediccera to Hadrumetum, the port on the Tunisian coast now called Sousse, probably at Sidi Abd er-Rahman el-Garci, though Henchir Takhuna has also been proposed. The list of places compiled in Ravenna spells it Agerthel. The map sets it six Roman miles from Mediocera and eight from Ulisippira.
