Pomodiana was a station on the Danube road between Almus and the river Cebrus, placed at Stanevo in Bulgaria. The list of places compiled in Ravenna calls it Cumodina, and a Roman register of routes passes it by, counting eighteen miles straight from Almus to Cebrus. The map sets Pomodiana nine Roman miles from Almus and nine from Camistrum, which adds up to the same.
