Road station

Ernolatia

Sankt Pankraz

Listen to the story

Ernolatia was a station at St. Pankraz in the valley of the Steyr, where the road from Wels began its climb towards the Pyhrn pass. Known only from this map, it lies twelve Roman miles from Tutatio and eight from Gabromagus, and the map's total of thirty-four Roman miles back to Wels fits the ground well.
