Cansilena was a place to change horses on the road from Cibalae, the Roman Vinkovci, to Sirmium, at Orolik in Croatia. The pilgrim from Bordeaux calls it Celena, the list of places compiled in Ravenna Ansilena, and some read the map's own spelling as Causilena. The map sets Cansilena eleven Roman miles, about sixteen kilometres, from Cibalae and eleven from the next station, Ulmo Spaneta.
