Camaraco
Cambrai
Camaraco is Camaracum, today Cambrai in northern France, the chief town of the Camaracenses in late antiquity, with a bishop already before 346. On the map it is a junction of four roads, yet it has no town symbol, perhaps because there was no room for one above the name, whose first letters are now hard to read. One of its figures is certainly wrong: forty Roman miles to Hermomacum, where eleven, about sixteen kilometres, would fit.
