Vetonianis

Pettenbach o. Voitsdorf o. Kremsmünster [2] · Voitsdorf [Pleiades]

Listen to the story

Near Voitsdorf, or perhaps Pettenbach or Kremsmünster, in the hills of Upper Austria, lay the station of Vetonianis, known only from this map. Its name probably refers to the inns of a man called Vetonius, a Celtic name. On the map it is drawn without the usual little hook that marks a stopping place, and the start of the next stretch is not marked either.
