Theranda

Suva Reka?

Theranda was a station on the road from Lissus to Naissus in Kosovo, perhaps at Suva Reka; older research looked at Dulje or near Orahovac, where Roman inscriptions have been found, one of them naming a legion. The Greek geographer Ptolemy may list the same place as Thermidava. The map sets Theranda thirty Roman miles, about forty-four kilometres, from Gabuleum and twenty-five from Vicianum.
