Road station
Drusiliana
Henchir-Khanguet el Kedim
Listen to the story
Drusiliana, at Henchir Khanguet el Kedim in Tunisia, lay on the road from Carthage to Theveste, now Tebessa, where a road branched off to Sicca, now El Kef. It had its own bishop, and at the great conference of Carthage in 411 AD the Catholics and the rival Donatist church quarrelled over it. The map sets it twelve Roman miles from Larabus and seven from a station whose name is lost.
