Brionne
Brevodvro is Breviodurum, a station where three roads met in Normandy, on the way from Lillebonne to Rouen and to Lisieux, probably at Brionne on the Risle, where Roman remains have been found. Older research preferred Pont-Audemer, also on the Risle, or Pont-Authou, while a modern atlas leaves it unlocated. The Roman register of routes spells the name Brevodorum. On the map the roads leaving it cross the river drawn beside it.
