Road station
Patamo
Patamo stands a little apart from the road, a name pushed inland, it seems, for lack of space. It is probably what is left of Glaukos Potamos, the river Glaucus, perhaps bent by the nearby name Patras, and the slip was already in the model the map shares with the Ravenna list. The station would then have lain at the river's mouth on the gulf by Fethiye in Lycia, near Yanıklar, on the coastal road from Caunus to Telmessus that a road list from Patara, dedicated to the emperor Claudius, also records. A loop in the red road line nearby may once have tied it to that stretch.
