Flumen nomen nescio, a river with no known name, is the catalogue's label for a watercourse the Tabula draws in the lands east of the Euphrates and south of the Taurus mountains. Like many rivers on the map, it carries no name at all. Which river the copyist's line represents is unclear, and the standard commentary on the map could only set a question mark beside it.
