River
Fl. N.N.
Listen to the story
Flumen Nomen Nescio is simply the modern label for a river whose name we do not know: the copyist drew its course but wrote nothing beside it. The stream belongs to the section of the map covering the lands beyond the Euphrates and below the Taurus mountains. No modern river has been matched to it, and no road stations mark its banks.
