Catalogued only as a flumen without a name, this river runs through the map's lands beyond the Euphrates, south of the Taurus mountains. The copyist drew its course but gave it no label. The rivers in this stretch beyond the Tigris are drawn so unclearly, or so corrupted, that their identity remains uncertain. Their lines branch into one another, one arm even reaching as far as the Ganges, which can only be a slip in the drawing.
