Road station
Bariduo
Livno
Bariduo, the Roman Bariduum, was a station at Livno in Bosnia, on the road from Salona to Servitium; older research also suggested Glamoč. The road ran along the southern edge of the marshy Livno plain to a Roman settlement whose inscriptions, coins and graves, many now in the Franciscan museum at Livno, reach from the first century into early Christian times. The Byzantine emperor Constantine Porphyrogenitus knows the place as Chlebena. On the map the figure for the next stage, to In Alperio, is missing, perhaps overlooked because space was tight.
