Ad Lali

(between Diana and Theveste) (Barrington) · Ruinen Hr. Gurai und O. el Freiss (in den Guerrah el Tar

Ad Lali was a station in Numidia, in present-day Algeria, on the road from Diana towards Mascula; its site is uncertain, and older research suggested ruins near Guerrah el Tarf, or on the southern slope of Djebel Saffan. Even the name is not secure: most editions read Lali, one Iali, which may be right. The map gives no distance from Lampsilii, but twelve Roman miles on to Vicus Aurelii.
