River

Fl. N.N.

Listen to the story

This flumen without a name is one of many rivers the copyist of around 1200 drew as a bare line, with no label beside it. It belongs to the part of the map given over to Egypt, the Nile and Ethiopia, where water shapes much of the drawing. No modern river has been matched to it, and no stations are tied to its course.
