Ad Pyr, perhaps Ad Pyrum, at the pear tree, was a station in the hills of Molise near Campolieto, known only from this map, and what looks like the end of its name may really belong to the distance figure beside it. The map sets it nine Roman miles, about thirteen kilometres, from Geronum, and draws a line from here all the way to Aufidena, an unlikely road that a careless copyist may have added.
