Ab Hadre Burno milia passuum XIII
Ivoševci near Kistanje
Ab Hadre Burno milia passuum is not really a place at all, but a line from a road book: from Hadre to Burnum, thirteen Roman miles. Somewhere in the chain of copying, this itinerary note was clumsily written out on the map as if it were a place name, an obvious copyist's slip. The figure points to Burnum, whose remains lie at Ivoševci near Kistanje in Croatia. Under the emperor Claudius, the road from Burnum towards Salona was extended into the valleys of the Una and the Sana, with its miles counted from Burnum.
