Road station
unnamed / illegible, no. E
The first of two unnamed stops on this mountain road follows Tucca, which the map labels as the border between Africa and Mauretania, and leads on towards Igilgili. The Ravenna list cannot fill the gap, because it puts Tucca by the sea while the map sets it inland, and the list's towns Chulla and Paceanis appear on the map only beyond Igilgili, on the road towards Carthage. Perhaps the draughtsman drew the first step of the road line too short, so that a place and its label slipped out of position.
