Mountain

mountain, no. 55

Listen to the story

A large unlabelled mountain mass fills the map between the stations of the Via Egnatia in the Albanian hills and Nicopolis by the gulf of Actium, near Preveza. The Achelous and the Evenus, two rivers of western Greece, flow below it, so it probably stands for the mountains of Epirus and Aetolia.
